All clients using Now Nanny services must sign agreement upon first time use of services.
All fees are paid by client with credit/debit card directly to Now Nanny at time of booking. A job is considered
booked once we send a confirmation via email. When we receive a request, we immediately start looking for
someone for the job. If you need to cancel a request, it must be done BEFORE we send a confirmation email
to avoid cancellation penalties. Now Nanny does not check availability of caregivers without a job request.
Clients may request a specific caregiver.
All jobs must be booked for a minimum of 4 hours.
There is a $20 service charge for "same day" bookings (a job booked the same day the caregiver is
needed). If a request comes during after-hours, the job will be considered received when we open.
Clients agree not to work with caregiver without Now Nanny.
Now Nanny receives a $500.00 placement fee (paid by family) if they choose to hire a caregiver for
permanent work that they've used through our temporary division.
Client will provide caregiver with transportation home (ride or car service) up to $20.00 cash paid by client
when working past 9 pm (April 1 – Oct. 31) or 8 pm (Nov. 1 – March 31).
We thoroughly check both professional and personal references for all of our caregivers. In consideration
of our caregivers and their references, we cannot release the names or phone numbers of these
references. We can, however, provide you with specific information from our conversations with them.
Cancellation policy: There are no cash refunds. If a cancellation is made, there is a $35 cancellation fee (per
day) and balance is credited to your account. There is no credit given if a cancellation is made within 24
business hours of service (i.e. cancellation on Friday for Monday is considered 24 hours).
Same day (within 24 business hours) requests: The job is considered booked once we find a caregiver that
is available to work the requested hours. If a cancellation is made afterwards, there is no refund or credit
issued.
