search our caregiver profiles, and let us know who you would like to meet with. You can meet with
as many caregivers as you would like.
Screening
We carefully screen our applicants. All caregivers are first thoroughly interviewed by Now Nanny.
Once interviewed, we check a minimum of four references, with at least two of those being
caregiver related. We then conduct a thorough background search.
Our Fee
Once you find someone you would like to work with and they accept your offer, Now Nanny charges
a fee of 7% of the first year's salary (minimum fee of $1000).
Our Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with a caregiver you hire, we will continue to send applicants for
you to meet at no additional cost to you. This request must be made within two weeks of start date.
