Alexandra
Allie Blogier has 14 years of childcare experience as a nanny, babysitter and camp
counselor. Allie has newborn, toddler and twin experience, as well as experience with
older children. She has both live in and live out experience. She is artistic, loving and
interactive and loves reading with kids. As a camp counselor, she taught arts and
crafts and swimming. As a nanny, Allie has organized trips to museums, the zoo, parks
and play dates. Her former employer describes her as "the best of all worlds-- creative,
fun, joyful but at the same time responsible and willing to set boundaries for a
rambunctious toddler." Allie graduated from the University of Maryland and hopes to
one day write children's books.
Liz
Liz has ten years of experience as a childcare provider. She is both warm and playful
as well as excellent at guiding children through difficult situations like challenges with
homework. Her references describe her as "absolutely the best, we are sad that she
has moved away. Our kids still ask about her constantly!" and "one of the best baby
sitters we've ever had. She was always the preferred babysitter for both us and our
children." In addition to her childcare experience Liz works as an actress, recently
finishing a run with a regional Shakespeare company.
Gillian
Gillian is the mother of 7 children, so she knows firsthand what childcare is all about.
But, it doesn't stop there: Gillian comes to Now Nanny with over 15 years experience in
professional childcare with children ranging from 6 weeks old to 13 years old. In
addition to her work as a nanny, Gillian founded Full Circle Daycare, which she ran for
9 years. She is CPR/First Aid Certified and has extensive Early Childhood Education
experience.
Takiyah
Takiyah is a recent graduate from Fordham University School of Law, as well as a
graduate of Duke University's Trinity College. She has over 5 years of childcare
experience with children ranging from 2 to 12 years old as a babysitter, tutor, and camp
counselor. Takiyah has a passion for performing arts and reading. She loves to
engage kids in educational activities that encourage positive self-expression.
Elizabeth
Elizabeth has been a caregiver for more than 26 years and has been working with her
current employer for 17 years. She has experience with newborns and twins.
Eve
Eve has been a caregiver for over 13 years. She has experience with newborns and
infants and children with special needs. She also has 3 children of her own and
worked as a Certified Home Health Aide. She has excellent references. She is
