About Now Nanny
The idea for Now Nanny arose from a need for child care services within the community. After
observing first hand how difficult it is for childcare workers and families to connect, especially on a
last-minute basis, the concept was created. While there are both families in need of childcare
services, and workers available to work, finding the right match is difficult without a liaison or a
personal recommendation. Now Nanny strives to serve as both.
Now Nanny is a service that pairs childcare workers and families together on a temporary, occasional,
emergency and permanent basis. Now Nanny will handle all of the logistics including interviewing,
checking backgrounds and references, scheduling and payment from the client as well as to the
caregiver. Now Nanny finds caregivers through referrals from local parents and other caregivers.
When a caregiver is needed, the client can choose to email or call in their request and Now Nanny will
find the caregiver who meets their needs and make the arrangements. Now Nanny is available for
